Unlike other agencies, we offer workers a fair deal, organising the whole process at no cost to you!  We offer good living and working conditions, and provide you with ongoing support whilst in the UK.   

Since there are often several vacancies with a single company, you can travel, live and work together with other Baltic States workers, giving you a sense of security whilst away from home.

 What we offer

• No fees!  Unlike other agencies we do not charge you a fee for placing you with a UK company.
• Short & long-term contracts available.
• We recruit all skills: Hotel & Catering, House-building, Marine, Oil & Gas and more.
• We only work with well-established and respected employers in the UK. 
• Peace of mind: our offices in Glasgow and Southampton provide you with a point of contact whilst in the UK.
• Travel and accommodation are arranged on your behalf.  We organise the whole itinerary, including flight to the UK, airport pick-ups, overnight hotel stay, and over-ground travel to your place of work. 
• We apply for necessary documentation which includes workers registration scheme (WRS), tax codes, and national insurance numbers.  We open UK bank accounts for you and pay your salary (for temporary assignments). 
  

In order to be registered for work we require all candidates to complete a standard CV Template. The more information you provide the better. UK Employers want to see full details of job history, which includes dates, full description of duties undertaken, equipment you worked with, whether you worked alone or as part of a teamand any positions of responsibility you held.
