Precious Associates Limited (PAL) is a Consultancy Company specialising in the people side of shipping.
The Company was formed in 1989 and works with shipping companies round the world. We specialise in helping clients improve the management and development of sea and shore based staff. Whether that is by providing information on the employment marketplace; reviewing internal structures and processes; or reviewing and developing management skills, we bring our expertise and knowledge of the industry to provide an independent and reliable service to clients.
We have developed an extensive client portfolio comprising UK and International Shipping and Shipping related organisations, and are proud of our reputation for reliability and integrity. Our services include all aspects of the ‘people side of shipping’ and we have consistently developed new approaches to meet the changing needs of the industry.
Our team of consultants provide extensive knowledge of the industry as well as experience of organisational development and change projects in a variety of organisations.
We are accredited to the BS EN ISO 9001:2008 Standard and our Quality Management System is foundational to the way we operate.
Our office is in Haywards Heath, Sussex, United Kingdom, just 20 minutes from Gatwick Airport and 50 minutes by train from London.
