Recruitment Process

A step by step guide to our recruitment process is as follows:
1. Client requisition by phone call or email
2. Recruitment consultant contacts suitable candidates to ascertain availability
3. Whenever possible, a number of candidates’ details will be sent to client for their selection.
4. Details of candidate will include:
- Qualifications
- Experience
- Previous references / reports
- Medical fitness status
5. Terms and conditions of business & fee scales will be forwarded to all new clients on initial placement enquiry.
6. Ongoing contact will continued between the recruitment staff, the client and the candidate.
7. Should the client require the submitted candidate to attend for interview, this may be arranged.
8. On acceptance of candidate, the recruitment staff undertakes a checklist to ensure all personal details, including next of kin and bank details are up-to-date.
9. Once the candidate has completed the appointment, a reference check or performance appraisal will be sought from the client.
